BargE at the Break water

A very large barge has been parked by the brake water at Ogden Point. 
What could we put on it to help service or entertain the 1000' s of people that walk the break water ? 

Food trucks? vendors? music?   If you have some interest in operating beside the break water let me know @ vicharbourfest@gmial.com or add you comments here on the blog. We need to get some ideas or interest before it gets towed away.
