Weather rules for the weekends:
Rain or shine.
Directions: please enter at the red gate. It can be accessed from the city parking lot, which is located by Harbour Air terminal off Wharf Street. We will guide you to your vending location. Washrooms can be found under the tourism information booth. Parking can be found on the street or the city parking location beside the market. Washroom will be found in the tourist information building.
Please unload all items that make up your display then go and park this will keep the flow going.
Stuff to bring:
It is always best to be extra prepared. Vendors must be self-sufficient. Some things you will likely need:
We will have over-night security. This does not mean that your creations are secure, Please remove anything that you consider of value. Take all cash and cover everything at night. Please do not leave any items visible. In case of emergency where physical harm may be evident to you or a member of the public call 911.

- Tent or umbrella
- Ropes to tie down the back of the tent and weights for the front of the tent.
- Layers of clothing. It can be cold and breezy and sunny and hot all on the same day.
- Clear plastic to cover your work if we get a rain shower.
- Tables and displays, displays should be wind resistant
- 20 foot extension cord(s)
- Power boxes
- Lighting for when the sun goes down. Please use the compact florescent bulbs or LED lights
- A smile
Please don't bring: - Sandwich boards
- Electric heaters
- Radios
- Halogen construction lighting
- A grumpy mood
- incandescent bulbs
